Installation Instructions For Hydro Pneumatic Fender

1.1 The upper hanging chain serves two purposes: Used for hoisting during installation , and for hanging the mooring chain, connecting the fender to the dock.

1.2 The lower chain connects to the counterweight block.

4.1​Connect the water and air hoses;

4.2 Inflate the fender to 0.01 MPa;

4.3 Connect the fender to the counterweight block;

4.4 Use lifting equipment to lower the fender into the water;

4.5 Slowly release air to allow the fender to sink gradually;

4.6 Fill the fender with water until 65% capacity is reached;

4.7 Close the water valve, and continue inflating air to 0.05 MPa;

4.8 Install the mooring chain, connect the fender to the dock's fixed installation;

4.9 Remove the air/water hoses and lifting equipment;
