Material and Construction
The wall of the marine airbag consists of multiple layers of rubber sheets. The inner layers are reinforced by nylon cord net. When the airbag is inflated, these layers support the airbag with load bearing capacity. The more layers in the airbag wall, the stronger the airbag will be. And the nylon cord net plays a vital role in strength. In addition to the cord reinforcement layer, there is a rubber layer without the cord mesh outside the airbag wall. This rubber layer is resistant to abrasion and aging. In order to maximize the function of the inner and outer layers, the rubber material has been specially optimized with a suitable blend.

Selection of high-quality materials
The middle skeleton, made of rubber - coated nylon cord fabric, has a single - piece breaking strength ≥ 210N, well above the 205.8N/piece industry standard. With 90 - 94 nylon cords per 10 cc, it boosts the airbag's strength and lifespan. The inner airtight layer, a natural - butyl rubber blend with 64% - 67% rubber content (higher than industry norm), ensures high elasticity and airtightness. The outer layer, a natural - styrene - butadiene - butadiene rubber mix, is tough, wear - resistant, corrosion - resistant, and aging - resistant.
