Specifications: Available in various sizes (e.g., 0.5m×1.0m, 0.6m×1.2m, etc.). Different sizes show distinct GEA (likely a mechanical property index) and RF (probably reaction force) values under 60% compression at 50kPa and 80kPa .

2. Ship-to-Ship Hoses

Composition:

Inner tube: Black NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) .

Reinfor2cement: High-tensile textile cords with embedded steel helix wire .

Cover: 3Black CR (Chloroprene Rubber), resistant to abrasion, ozone, seawater, and hydrocarbons .

Temperature range: -20°C to +85°C .

Applica5tion: Suction and delivery of crude oil and liquid petroleum products between tankers and bunkering vessels, with resistance to up to 55% aromatic content .

Classification: Divided into pipe-clamping floats and trash-intercepting floating barrels .

Structu14re & Materials:

Outer shell: Made of 100% medium-low density polyethylene, formed by advanced rotomolding (integrally molded without welded tanks), fully enclosed, corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, impact-resistant. Filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam inside .

Feature15s: Lightweight, high buoyancy, impact-resistant, acid/alkali-resistant, low absorption rate, simple construction, and low maintenance cost .

Functio16171819ns: Ensures pipeline floating on water; orange appearance serves as a warning sign to prevent collisions; facilitates pipeline inspection and maintenance; shortens construction period and reduces costs .

Usage202122: Mainly used for laying sand dredging vessels, sand blowing vessels, and dredging pipelines in seas, lakes, and other waters .

Specifi23cations: Various models (e.g., YFT-4040, DFT-3060) with different IDs, ODs, lengths, buoyancy, and bolt specifications .

4. Rope

Materials & Structure: Mooring ropes are made of high-quality synthetic fibers (PP, polyester, nylon, UHMWPE, aramid fiber, or synthetic fabric), produced by international advanced braiding machines and technology, available in 3, 4, 6, 8, 12-strand, and double braiding, with diameters from 6mm to 140mm .

Advanta24ges: High strength, low elongation, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, softness, smoothness, easy handling, and light weight (reducing operator injury risk), gradually replacing part of steel wire ropes .
