Customizable Yokohama Floating Fender is manufactured with pure inner rubber layers and middle reinforced synthetic tire cords layers and outer heavy duty rubber layers coated. Finally equipped with tire nets and chains, shackles before delivery, in inflated or deflated status. Yokohama pneumatic rubber fenders are divided into two types according to pneumatic fenders initial pressure which are pressure of 50 kPa and 80 kPa. Different pressures perform different energy absorption and reaction force of Yokohama fenders for barges and ships.

How To Install Pneumatic Rubber Fender?

Attach the lifting rope to the swivels on the fender's chain lugs.
Lift the fender well above the ground and away from any protrusions.

Lower the fender into position.
3.
Connect the chains to the fender's chain lugs.
Lower the fender into the water.

Fix the chains to the anchors on the quay wall.
