LUHANG foam - filled fenders are crafted from closed - cell resilient foam infilled, enveloped by a tenacious polyurethane elastomer integument, fortified with nylon filament.

a. Attributes of the Foam Core
LUHANG foam - filled fenders are replete with superlative 100% closed - cell foam. This particular foam is capable of furnishing high energy absorption concomitant with relatively low reaction force. Even if the integument is perforated, it remains buoyant, impervious to water absorption. Through our sui generis laminating methodology, each foam nucleus retains its integrity. The foam - filled fenders' nucleus remains impervious to rupture even under compression.
